The Siena athletic department recently named Jolene Johnston (Clifton Park, N.Y.) women's basketball assistant coach. Johnston served the last two years as an assistant coach at UAlbany. [+]
Rob Ditoma has joined Siena's baseball staff, head coach Tony Rossi made the announcement today. Ditoma served as an assistant coach at Temple University during the 2008 season helping the Owls to 28 wins and a berth in the Atlantic 10 Tournament. [+]
Siena women's basketball freshman Cristina Centeno (Belleville, N.J./Marist) will be playing for the Puerto Rico Junior National Team in the 2008 FIBA Americas Women's Championship in Argentina from July 23 to 27. [+]
The Siena athletic department in conjunction with the Saints Alive! Athletic Fund and the Saints Varsity Club will hold its annual summer picnic Tuesday, August 12 on the Siena campus beginning at 6 p.m. The picnic is open to the general public and admission is $25 for adults and $10 for children 12 and under.
